well as far as i know proxicide is expert in using mugen so he can make shin lvl-2akuma.for more information u can chk khote photobucket account.

As I said, I have to animate it untill its complete.
In case, for Shin LvL2 Akuma, proxi needed just to change his pallette.
So, Shin LvL2 Akuma was easier to make then chameleon!
